Jemila Foods, Producer of "the World's first Kibbee Mix", has gone cyber. It all started in the basement of my parent's house. Since it's humble beginnings, Jemila Foods has lead the way in innovating Syrian food. 

Along with the world's first Kibbee Mix, Jemila foods offers Tabouli Mix, my Grandma's cookbook, two of my favorite Middle Eastern ingredients: Zaatar spice blend and pignolia nuts (pine nuts or snoobar).   

To complement our cookbooks, we offer baklava pans both steel and disposable foil (great for taking to a potluck or for a holiday gift). And since we pride ourselves on our resourcefulness, we can also obtain for you hard-to-find ingredients and equipment. If we can't get an item for you, then we'll at least let you know where to find it!
