Special Thanks

This is a picture of my grandmother, behind her house in 1979 or 1980. My cousin Karen of Image Perfect Photography took the shot. The picture was taken far before I had thoughts of getting into the food business. I use it because I can neither stage a picture nor create a logo that more accurately reflects our goal of wholesome Old World goodness. Thanks also to cousin Jennifer Angier for lending a hand with verbal and computer skills; giving me the words to say what I meant to say, with this site.
